Healing Services Disclaimer & Terms of Participation

Nature of services. The energy healing sessions offered by Frank Elaridi are spiritual and complementary wellness practices. They are offered for personal growth, relaxation, and spiritual support. I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, or other licensed healthcare provider, unless otherwise stated. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, or emotional illness, disease, or condition. I also do not prescribe medications or recommend changes to any treatment.

Not a substitute for professional care. Sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree to keep seeing your physician or other qualified professionals for any health concern. You also agree not to stop, delay, or change any medical treatment or medication based on anything you experience or hear in a session. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

No guarantees. Energy work is not an exact science, and each person’s experience is different. No specific results, outcomes, or benefits are promised or guaranteed. Any insights or impressions shared during a session are intuitive and offered for your own reflection. You are free to accept or reject them.

Personal responsibility. By booking a session, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily. You accept full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and for any decisions or actions you take during or after a session. Some people feel emotional release, tiredness, or other temporary sensations after energy work. You agree to care for yourself and seek appropriate professional support if needed.

Age requirement. You must be 18 or older to book a session. Sessions for minors require written consent from a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian must be present.

Confidentiality. What you share in a session is kept confidential, with two exceptions: when disclosure is required by law, or when there is a serious risk of harm to you or others. Because I am not a licensed healthcare provider, these sessions are not covered by the confidentiality protections that apply to licensed medical or mental health professionals.

Remote sessions. If your session is held by phone or video, you are responsible for providing a safe, private space. You also agree not to take part while driving or operating machinery.

Payment, cancellations & refunds. Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations are not refunded, but can be transferred to someone else or rescheduled.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frank Elaridi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in a session or use of any information provided. If any liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

Emergencies. These sessions are not crisis support. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services right away. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Agreement. By booking and paying for a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
